What is a Parenting Plans?
During the FDR session, the practitioner will be keeping a record of all agreements that are reached. A draft copy will be sent to both parents shortly after the session. Once both parents are satisfied that it reflects what was agreed, the practitioner will arrange for both parents to sign and date the agreement.
Once signed and dated by both parents, it becomes a Parenting Plan, which is an agreement in good faith, and is not legally enforceable.
